Addison
M. Fischer has been a computer entrepreneur
since creating his first high-tech startup company in 1973, and has
been involved in
seed venture capital investing since the early 1980s.
He is Chairman of the Board of SmartDisk Corporation as well as serving
on a number of private companies' board of directors. Addison founded
Fischer International Systems Corporation, a communications software
provider to the Global 2000 and presently serves as its Chairman. He
was founder of VeriSign. He is co-owner, with Mr. Stanley
Druckenmiller, of Duquesne Capital Management.
He was a member of official committees that set U.S. standards for
computer security and electronic commerce. He has addressed the U.S.
Congress, by invitation, on several topics, including digital signature
standards, proposed FBI digital telephony legislation, and global U.S.
competitiveness. Addison holds numerous U.S. and international patents
and is a lifetime member of the Association of Former Intelligence
Officers. He holds Mathematics degrees from West Virginia University.
In addition to his business interests, he is actively involved in
preserving for future generations our environment, our resources, our
health, and our freedom. For example, he was a principal founder of the
Community School of Naples (FL), and is presently a board member of the
Amazon Conservation Team.
Principals
Harold
McCabe has over ten years of experience managing corporate finance and
operations in the technology industry; Harold was most recently
responsible for the financial and administrative side of Fischer
International Corporation's business. Mr. McCabe holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree from Ohio State University and a Master of Business
Administration degree from Stetson University.

John
W. Wynkoop has been involved since September, 2001 in the
due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and execution of several
seed capital funding for several early stage companies. Prior to
joining Tierra del Oro, he was employed by Fischer International
Systems Corporation since 1990 as Vice President of Legal Affairs, and
was responsible for developing and negotiating contracts with
customers, business partners, employees and vendors. In 1998 and 1999,
Mr. Wynkoop also served as Vice President, Legal Affairs for SmartDisk
Corporation, where he played a key role in the successful execution of
a joint venture with Toshiba Corporation.Prior to joining Fischer
International, Mr. Wynkoop was a Sole Practitioner in Omaha, Nebraska
for ten years, during which time he also served as Associate
Administrative Law Judge for the Nebraska Department of Labor. He holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska and a Juris
Doctorate degree from Creighton University School of Law.

Young
H. Etheridge has over 10 years senior executive leadership and
technology leadership experience; leading and advising small, medium,
and large corporations. He has been involved in mathematical and
software research for several national laboratories. He is
actively engaged in research on web services and cryptographic
standards.
Young has assisted several companies with strategic planning and
implementation of software products to also include focusing on company
growth; budget development and management and merger/acquisition
management.
Young has extensive experience in developing secure e-commerce
products, network security (U.S. and international), cryptography, and
telecommunications. Young has a B.A. in Mathematics from the
University of Arkansas; an M.S. in Mathematics with emphasis on Real
Function Theory, Topology, and Number Theory with all of the course
work necessary for the PhD; advanced degree work in Mathematics and
Computer Science from the University of Tennessee.

Randal
J. Martin has been a technologist for many years. Since October 2002,
Mr. Martin has been involved in evaluation, development and promotion
of Zenerji intellectual properties. Prior to joining Zenerji, Mr.
Martin was the Chief Software Architect for SmartDisk Corporation.
While there he created the software architecture for the company's line
of flash media and smartcard readers. Before joining SmartDisk, Mr.
Martin held the position of Chief Security Architect at Fischer
International Systems Corporation. During his tenure he directed the
evolution and refinement of Watchdog PC Data Security, which was the
leading PC security product for many years. He co-created Watchdog
while with Sofcom Computer Systems, Inc., a company that he helped to
found. He holds a BSE from the University of South Florida, and has
completed extensive graduate level coursework in Computer Science.

Tom
Elliott joined the firm in January 2003 and is responsible for
overseeing executive recruitment and human resource administration for
the Tierra del Oro group of companies. His prior experience includes
officer-level HR positions with SmartDisk Corporation, American Retail
Group, and Target Corporation, as well as executive search consulting
roles with two retained search firms in the New York City area. Mr.
Elliott earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and a
Master of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati.
